Return policy

We are sure you will absolutely love your get out of my mind. as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you with store credit excluding shipping cost.

If you wish to return an item from your order, it must be arranged within 30 days of your date if purchase. All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are :

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn; and
  • Original tags still attached

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Item(s) purchased on sale/discounts will not be accepted for return.
  • We will process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your item(s). You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods.
  • We will only provide you with a full refund of product you purchased from us online if the product:

          – Is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe ; or

          – Does not match description made on the site, or given to you by any get out of my mind. representative.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@getoutofmymind.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: U5 2 parsonage rd, castle hill, 2154 ,NSW.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getoutofmymind.com.au We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. 

In the event that your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the courier to update the address or collect the parcel from the address that has been entered. get out of my mind.is not responsible for the delivery of parcels to incorrectly entered addresses.

Where do you ship to?

get out of my mind. is only shipping to Australia at this moment, but sure we're going to ship worldwide soon!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking number will be issued to you. You will receive this via an email notification or log in your account on our website.

Do you offer free shipping?

If your order is over $99 AUD we offer free standard delivery. Please note that you must meet the $99 AUD after discounts, promotions have been applied to be eligible for free shipping.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders will be processed and delivered between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.
